I鈥檓 a BSc Economics graduate from the University of Reading with a strong interest in applying quantitative analysis to real-world policy challenges. My academic work has focused on econometrics, labour markets and applied research, including projects on the motherhood pay penalty and workforce shortages in UK health and social care. I enjoy working with data to understand structural issues and translating complex findings into clear, policy-relevant insights.
Through this internship, I鈥檓 looking to gain hands-on experience working with large-scale health data and to learn how rigorous analysis is applied in multidisciplinary research environments to inform decision-making.
